Jeroen de Voogd
So, a little bit about myself, I started my career in sales in 1991 with local fencing company, after a connection made by my father, who worked for a supplier of this company.
After a few years where I lived in Germany and had a few more companies in the same line of business I ended up at the importer for WD-40 in the Netherlands, where I left when WD-40 Company asked me to come and join them as an employee to build up the business as a direct operation in the Netherlands.
Taking on responsibility from a Business Development Manager to Sales Manager and Country Manager. I ended up as a General Manager, taking care of 11 countries, 9 Nationalities in the team and a total of 18 employees.
A great story of learnings, having lots of learning moments and building with our people a great team which was based on mutual respect and connection.
My new journey started in November 2025 when I set up my own company which has the purpose to: Be in the business of connecting people to people and business(-es) to business(-es) in a way that adds value for all parties, not just creating revenue and profit.
I do this in such a way that all parties will say: This connection feels as if it always has been there!
